Program is an effective way to help you manage the risk in your business, develop

Access to a Risk Management Expert to Answer Your Marketing and/or Hedging Questions
The Premium Service Crop Program provides you with access to a Risk Management Expert. The expert will work with you to develop your cost of production for your crops for each marketing period; to establish your step selling plan for your corn, soybeans and wheat; and to provide a market review of your crop marketing plan and implementation. The risk management expert can provide you with additional information on hedging and marketing recommendations, explain in greater detail some for the changes in market fundamentals and their implications and answer any additional questions that you might have. Risk Management Consultants work with producers across North America developing personalized marketing and hedging strategies and bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge. Our team has over 50 years of experience in marketing and price risk management.

Access to Our Marketing Recommendations
The Premium Service Crop Program will allow you to compare your marketing strategy with ours. We operate our own 2,000 acre corporate farm so when we book or sell
our grain and implement hedging strategies you will be the first to know. We will provide to you by email, fax and online a set of weekly marketing recommendations. Additional recommendations may be distributed should market factors (changes in supply and demand) require us to change our marketing approach.

Victor has fourteen years experience in commodity trading and marketing. He
received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School
of Business, at The University of Western Ontario, London Ontario Canada and is
also a Derivative Specialist. Victor leads Farms.com Risk Management, serving as
Senior Risk Management Consultant. Since 2000, Victor has primarily been responsible
for managing commodity marketing initiatives for Farms.com’s trading arm. The company’s
physical commodity trade exceeded $80 million during 2005 alone. |

Moe has over eleven years of experience in the financial services industry where
he developed customized investment and retirement savings plans for clients. Moe
holds an Honors Degree in Business Administration, is a Derivatives Market Specialist
(DMS), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and has obtained his
US Series 3 Futures and Options license course. Moe works as a Senior Risk Management
Consultant and has been with the company since 2002. Moe works with many hog and
Crop producers across North America to better manage their marketing decisions and
risk in their farm operations. |

Doug carries out the duties of business development within the Midwest Division
of Farms.Com Risk Management as well as serving as a risk management consultant.
He is actively meeting with new clients to aid them in the transition into full
Risk Management Services. Doug was raised in Illinois and holds a Bachelors Degree
in Ag Business from Illinois State University. His work experience includes 18 years
of large scale swine production experience working within the Murphy Farms (Smithfield
Foods) organization spending time in NC, MO, IL & IA.. The Lenhart's also own
and operate a wean-finish contract feeding business operating in Illinois and Iowa. |

Jack Ticky

Risk Management Specialist/Business Development Manager |

Jack received a two- year degree at a Junior College in Agriculture Business and
attended the AFIA Seminar. Jack has worked for 30 years in the feed business and
over 8 years in a large swine production system. Before coming to Farms.com Jack
was an Area Manager for Purina, Golden Sun Feeds where he led a team of 150 employees
and sales of $30 million. At Farms.com he was initially charged with profitability
management for the PigChamp division. He has recently joined the Risk Management
Division carrying out the duties of business and sales development. |

Marc carries out the responsibility of Production Manager for Farms.com Swine Management Services. Marc was raised in Central Illinois and holds a degree in Ag Business. His work experiences include spending 4 years in the seed stock industry managing and starting up new sow farms producing Dekalb/Monsanto genetics and 9 years within the large scale production systems of Murphy Farms (Smithfield Foods) and Christensen Family Farms servicing wean to finish sites and working in the marketing and transportation system. |

Dee is responsible for assisting the consultants with the critical day to day details to achieve future success and continued growth with the Risk Management program. Dee comes to Farms.com Risk Management after having worked with M & F Trading since 2001 in customer service where she gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in performing office related functions and duties as well as assisting team members. |
